Umut Karaman

Umut Karaman was born in Ankara in 1976. He graduated from Hacettepe University Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Graphic Arts in 1999. After many years in the software industry as a visual designer after his education, he continued his work as a freelancer designer. He took part in various projects mainly in the field of fashion with his illustrations and designs. In 2008, he was a finalist in the Fashion Design Competition organized by the Aegean Exporters Association and in the same year, the children's book “The Fifth Season”, which he illustrated, was published by Tudem Publications. In 2020, his designs for Nude Glass 'Pop and Rock Collection' received the Archiproducts Design Awards in Italy. Umut Karaman, while realizing various projects with many brands and names today, continues to work under the brand Cazular, of which he is a partner.
