Return (Right to Withdrawal)
Order Cancellation, Product Return, and Exchange Procedures
Return (Right of Withdrawal)
You have the right to return (withdraw) the product within 14 days from the delivery of the product.
If the BUYER exercises the right of withdrawal, the SELLER will, within a maximum of 10 (ten) days from the date the withdrawal notice is received, immediately take action with the relevant bank to refund the product amount to the BUYER’s bank account or credit card account.
Returns are not accepted for opened or damaged products such as colognes, room fragrances, and confectioneries.
To initiate the return process for a purchased product, a return request must be created in the e-store’s "My Orders" section. Your request will be automatically forwarded to us.
You can track the result of the evaluation from the "My Orders" section.
All returns must be made through the cargo company contracted with Paşabahçe Stores. Returns made with different cargo companies will not be accepted.
You can easily return the items in your order using your return code via Aras Kargo.
General Return Conditions are as follows:
Returns must be made with the original box or packaging.
The product must be sent undamaged, with all accessories, certificates, and all copies of the invoice.
Returns of products with damaged original boxes/packaging will not be accepted.
You must send the original invoice (all copies) with the product you wish to return.
The shipping cost for the product you wish to return is covered by our company.
You must send the return shipment through the cargo company that delivers to you. Products sent via different cargo companies will not be accepted.
If the invoice of the product you want to return is issued on behalf of the VAT payer (real or legal persons who are obliged to issue invoices), it must be sent together with the return invoice when returning the product. The return invoice must be issued without including the shipping share (product unit price + VAT). Returns of orders whose invoices are issued to VAT payers (real or legal persons who are obliged to issue invoices) will not be completed unless a RETURN INVOICE is issued.
Cancellation
Online order cancelation cannot be done if your order has been shipped.
